Joe is the managing director of Wheatsearch and leads the Infrastructure practice globally. Over the past 20 years he has become an established market leader and developed a comprehensive understanding of the supporting and controlling functions within the investment banking, asset management and transaction services communities.
He leads search assignments in Operations, Middle Office, Product Control, Risk, Compliance & Legal and Technology, across asset classes and business divisions. These have included Global and Regional management roles, Run-the-Bank and Change, from MD to VP/AD level.
Geographically Joe has completed searches throughout the European marketplace (UK, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Ireland), in the US, Hong Kong and Singapore. He spearheaded Wheatsearch's expansion into Asia with the establishment of the office in Hong Kong in 2011.
